Refund policy

We want you to love your Rufflebud purchase!

  1. Eligibility

    • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Customized or personalized products, gift cards, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  3. Process

    • To initiate a return/exchange, contact our customer support with your order ID and reason. We will guide you with the return process.

  4. Refunds

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.

  5. Exchanges

    • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

  6. Shipping Costs

    • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the return is due to defective or incorrect items.
